Our managing broker, Janelle Jancaric, not only loves real estate but she has a true passion for great design...on any budget.  Janelle comes from a family of designers so it is no surprise that the interior design bug is "in her blood".

In 2009, HGTV featured her first gut renovation project (a vintage rehab condo in Chicago's Old Town Triangle) as an inspiration room for a makeover in California on on the TV show "Rate My Space".

Since then, she has helped countless others with their design needs - whether that be staging homes for sale, brainstorming ideas with buyers before purchase, helping clients visualize room layouts, and consulting on full rehabs.  On-site or virtually, she has great ideas to help you create your perfect space.
